1. About Ecomunnics

Ecomunnics is operated by Fred Munn ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. By using this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Digital Products

We sell digital products including study guides, templates, and spreadsheets. Upon successful payment:

• You will receive immediate access to download your purchased file(s)
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own study or business use
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
• Ownership of the content remains with Ecomunnics

3. Refund Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you have already downloaded or accessed the file — in which case you waive your right to a refund by proceeding with the purchase.

If you have a genuine issue with a product (e.g. file is corrupted or not as described), contact us within 14 days and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions

Ecomunnics Weekly is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly via LemonSqueezy.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are given
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

5. Tutoring Services

Tutoring sessions are booked and confirmed via our contact form. Single sessions and bundles must be paid in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If we cancel a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing period.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product files, designs, and code — is the intellectual property of Ecomunnics unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer

Our digital products and content are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using our products.

9. Limitation of Liability
